As you can imagine, achieving a mission like that requires collecting, managing, and analyzing a mountain of data. They can do that quickly and efficiently with their custom software, the Canterbury Reporting Portal.

I'm not really sure how it happened. I swore off formal process control documents when I left corporate life fifteen years ago, yet here I sit writing a blog post defending the use of Change Requests (CR) forms and actually meaning what I'm saying. I've grown to love CR forms, and I think our clients should too. Ask anyone who's been in a contract relationship how they feel about CR forms and the response is almost unanimous, they love to hate them. The reason is pretty straight forward; they tend to add project cost, slow things down and remove freedom. I used to feel the the same way and then I had to have one too many hard conversations at the end of a web application development project.

From the very beginning, Bob had another developer by his side helping Inverse-Square grow from a two-man team to one of the most successful custom software companies in Indianapolis. We can't celebrate Inverse-Square's fifth anniversary without celebrating Joe Diekhoff.

Signode is "the leading worldwide manufacturer and distributor of protective packaging systems." In simplistic terms, Signode takes a bunch of small things and turns them into one unit to make packing and shipping easier. They accomplish this in part with their custom equipment called a Unitizer. Since the Unitizer is custom equipment, it needed a custom solution to work in conjunction with it.
