Employee Spotlight: Patrick

Networking – some people love it, some people hate it. Right now, we love it because it brought us this guy. Meet Patrick, Team Awesome’s Business Analyst.

Thanks to a networking event and his wife, Patrick ended up meeting Bob Baird and as Patrick puts it, “two Reuben sandwiches and one huge industry jump later, here I am!”

Outside of work Patrick enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, taking walks on the Monon with his wife, and spending time with family and friends.

That downtime is well earned because a typical day at the office for this Hoosier native involves wireframing and designing, creating system documentation, meeting with or communicating with clients, and supporting Inverse-Square’s sales and operations teams. It’s a busy day but Patrick loves “the feeling after a day of wireframing and designing when my brain feels tired from being so focused for such a long period of time.

While in college, Patrick had initially planned on studying law, but thankfully for Inverse-Square he switched his studies to Economics and Applied Math with a focus on microeconomic data analysis; all of which serves his role and position within Team Awesome perfectly!

Everyone here is so genuine, creative, and driven. Within each person I can sense a strong dedication to our team, our craft, and our clients. While we’re not all identical, we have built a very fun-loving and respectful community in which everyone is able to drop their guard and laugh at themselves every once in a while. I’d go toe-to-toe with anyone who didn’t think we were deserving of the title Team Awesome!” Well said Patrick, well said!
